Pilates
This is a low impact body maintenance program designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, open joints and release tension. Results are an improved posture and ease of movement during daily activities, recreation and sports. Reformer used.

Trager

This helps release deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates deep relaxation, increased physical mobility and mental clarity. Trager uses gentle, non-intrusive natural movements in which the practitioner gently supports the head, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and back to balance your body's natural rhythm. Gently helpful for eliminating holding patterns of pain and dysfunction.

Reiki

This is a ancient method of natural hands-on healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy. Healing occurs in areas of the body that it determines most useful.  Can be performed fully clothed.
